My Zones of Genius
Curriculum Development
I love designing learning experiences. From one-time to educational series development, I get lost in time when I'm dreaming up content and curriculum.
LGBTQ+ Education
I have offered one-on-one and group coaching, consultation, and educational sessions for allies and accomplices to LGBTQ+ people since 2010. I have even directed LGBTQ+ Centers over the years.
Coaching
Coaching is something that fills me up. It is the perfect combination of maximizing the potential of others and cultivating their internal resilience and brilliance.
Resilience
I am obsessed with the role and possibilities of resilience. I notice the interconnectedness of individual and collective resilience. I take note of daily practical strategies and share these with my clients and community.
