As a LGBTQ+ Inclusion Coach, I developed and facilitated a 6-session coaching program for small business leaders that culminated in an organizational audit and customized recommendations. Upon completion of the program, participants received a LGBTQ+ Ally digital badge.

Transgender-Inclusive Policy Implementation Through Education



After 18 months of consultation, our University approved the most comprehensive policy related to gender identity and gender expression in U.S. higher education. I developed a plan that centered education to the campus community to build foundational awareness of gender identity, gender expression, names, and pronouns. I partnered with faculty development center colleagues to design faculty and instructor resources for gender pronouns and preferred names.
